RACI doesn't have an "S" in it!  I hear this a lot, when in fact the key stakeholders in this category shouldn't be ignored when blue printing your process!  A RASCI chart is a critical piece of Strategic Standard Work in your business process toolkit that defines the stakeholders and their involvement in each step of your business process.
